After many years in the fashion industry, Deborah Schwartz moved into the field of Human Resources and then into recruiting, specifically in the financial services sector. She spent 4 years sourcing experienced advisors and agents in a recruiting firm environment before becoming the Director of Recruiting for a competitor. Her success in recruiting both career changers and established agents alike provided her the perfect foundation to move to New York Life’s Home Office as a member of the Recruiting Strategies and Target Markets team – specifically as the Recruiting Assistant Program Manager. She has in recent months taken on the responsibility of managing the District Agent Program and Experienced Agent Recruiting.
