Jim began his career as an agent in the Long Island General Office in February, 2001. After completing 7 years in personal production, Jim was promoted to Sales Development Manager in March 2008. In January 2014, Jim took on his new role as Corporate Vice President in the home office working closely with the new Development Managers in Training. After 2 years, in September of 2015, Jim returned to the field in the Westchester General Office as the Senior Director of Development. In July of 2022, Jim joined the Consult anting team as the Business Solutions Consultant for the Northeast Zone.
